What you'll do
- ✓Work inbound leads — phone, text, web — through a structured qualification process
- ✓Conduct a Comprehensive Risk & Coverage Review on every household
- ✓Quote and present Auto, Home, Umbrella, Life, and Commercial coverage
- ✓Build multi-line household relationships — auto + home + life is the goal
- ✓Manage your pipeline with clear conversion metrics
- ✓Work within a defined sales process and contribute to improving it
What we're looking for
- →Active P&C license — or ability to obtain within 60 days
- →Life & Health license strongly preferred
- →Strong phone presence — this is a call-first, high-volume role
- →Track record of hitting production goals
- →Self-starter who follows a system and improves it
- →Located in or willing to get licensed in MN, IL, OH, or other AmFam states
