Nelson & Associates Inc operates an SMS messaging program to send insurance quotes, policy updates, appointment reminders, and promotional offers to customers who have opted in.

How to Opt Out

Text STOP to (763) 402-8220 at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may also reply STOP to any message we send you.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive between 1 and 6 messages per month.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, US Cellular, and MetroPCS.

Age Restriction

This SMS program is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By opting in you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

Consent Not Required

Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of purchasing insurance or receiving a quote from Nelson & Associates Inc.

Privacy
